HOA DUES

The Hidden Oaks Estates is an exclusive, well designed , maintained and landscaped subdivision. The community is governed by covenants & By-laws (terms & conditions) which are applicable to all property owners. These covenants require that property owners pay annual home owners dues as stipulated by the HOA-board. The revenue generated by dues are vital to adequately maintain the standards of our community (landscaping, roads entry gate, lighting, etc) helping to ensure our sub-division is well maintained.

-  Lawn and shrub care of all common areas.

-  Irrigation- common grounds

​

-  Grounds up-keep in green belt areas

​

-  Front Entry gate maintenance

​

-  Road maintenance (minor)

​

-  Fences associated with the common areas

​

-  Street Lamps

​

- Utilities (electric/water/phone)

​

- Administration (accounting)

Invoice Cycle & Payment Method- 

​

For the convenience of our residents, the HOA sends out two invoices per year. The first invoice  (which is for 1/2 of the annual dues) is sent out in  Dec ( Jan-Jun dues) and is due by the end of the month. The second (which is for the remaining 1/2 of the annual dues) is sent out in Jun (Jul-Dec dues) and is due by the end of the month. HOA dues can be settled by check, Bank E-check or major credit card (service fee will apply).

Collections/Terms- 

​

Invoices are due upon receipt but no later than the last day of the month invoiced. Balances not paid on time are subject to late payment penalties and collections. All cost associated with collection efforts are charged to the resident.
