ENTRY GATE ACCESS

For questions regarding gate entry access please contact a HOA-board member. The HOA- board maintains resident access codes, distributes openers (transmitters), maintains the system and schedules gate openings to accommodate specials events i.e. real estate showings, and community/resident events.

Visitors should use the keypad / menu option (ref pic below) to select the resident they intend to visit. The resident directory is in alphabetical order by last name. By using the A-Z buttons locate the resident and then press the "call" button. The system will then dial the associated number affording the resident the opportunity to grant access. Access is granted by selecting the number (9) on the cell /phone key pad.

Entry by manual entry is accomplished by selecting the # key followed by the residents assigned gate entry access code.

In the event a resident has a planned special event (multiple cars/visitors) please contact the HOA-board to arrange a scheduled gate opening.

In the event a resident has a planned open house please contact the HOA-board to arrange for a scheduled gate opening.

In the event a resident will have construction activity i.e. a new home build or home remodel please contact the HOA-Board to arrange for a special access code which will be terminated after completion of the project.

The gate system uses handheld transmitters "Monarch 418ELPW1KC". In the event additional transmitters are required there is a cost of $42/each. The operating manual for the transmitter can be viewed /downloaded by selecting the PDF icon below.

The code for the walk in gate is 1776 (no * or #). Please close the gate after entry or exit.
