ARCHITECTURAL/PLAN REVIEW

The HOA includes an Architectural and Landscape review which ensures the home & landscape design of new home builds and /or exterior landscape are compliant with the HOA covenants and consistent with the  standards existing in the Hidden Oaks Estates subdivision. In the event you are planning to build a new home or complete an exterior remodel please take the time to coordinate with the HOA board (HOA board/Architectural and Landscape Committee) and receive acceptance of your plans before you proceed. You will receive comments and/ or approval of your plans  in a timely manner. If your not sure if your project requires  review please reach out to any HOA board member.

The Architectural/landscape committee (HOA board) is responsible for ensuring home designs meet the design guidelines of Hidden Oaks Estates and common grounds are well maintained and reflect a pleasing landscape for our residents. This includes annual plantings (flowers) at the front entrance gate and other selected common areas. The grounds are maintained by an independent lawn service (contractor) which is responsible for the overall upkeep of the Hidden Oaks Estates common areas. The common grounds are identified by the green shaded areas illustrated below.
