COVENANTS/RESTRICTIONS
The Hidden Oaks Estates Covenants / Restrictions and other useful documents may be viewed or downloaded by selecting the appropriate file link. The covenants & restrictions describe the legal framework/requirements associated with the Home Owners Association (HOA) along with the restrictive covenants for the Hidden Oaks Community. Basic Restrictions
Trash Cans
Trash cans are to be put out the night before trash pick up (Monday) and put away before the end of Tuesday. Otherwise All cans must remain out of sight from street view (screened).
Boats, Trailers, RV's and Pods
Boats , Trailers and Rv's cannot be parked in street view more than 24 hours. Use of storage pods ( long term -more than a few days) should be coordinated with the HOA board.
Dog Walking
Dogs are to be on a leash (unless obedience trained) and the resident should pick up after their dog as a courtesy to their neighbor
Parking
Please be respectful of your neighbor and not park in such a way as to block your neighbors drive way or mail box access
Use of Common areas
Common areas are for the use of all residents. please do not park, store materials or drive on these areas .
Children at Play
Please be cautious while driving around the neighborhood or exiting the addition. There are often children at plan and blind spots as you exit the addition (by the circle)
